So today was nice and warm, and I needed to crack on with the resto work. I 
straightened out a little kink on the rear of the swing arm (with some heat and 
a wrench) I washed the frame and the swing arm with warm soapy water, and I 
attacked the rust and scabby paint with wire wool, a wire brush and a rotary 
brush. Oh, and I pulled the cover off the seat I got from ebay. It looked a bit 
like this:
